Jodi Cornish is an INergetic Alchemist coach, sound healer, host of the High Vibes Lifestyle Podcast, and founder of Primal INergy, an online wellness practice for high-vibe folks looking to level up. She serves tough-love motivation with a dose of compassion.
Jodi refined her approach to mind-body wellness over a 26-year career as a coach and group fitness instructor in New York City’s competitive corporate fitness industry. Her signature treadmill class, TreadZone, and interval training style became hugely popular and received national press attention, including write-ups in The New York Times, SELF, and various popular fitness magazines. Like many, the pandemic brought swift change to the fitness landscape, her career, and her personal life, as she grieved the sudden loss of loved ones. The pain was dire, but she pivoted and focused on deep emotional healing. Since childhood, she had always been gifted with strong intuitive and super empathic abilities, but hadn’t fully honed these skills. Over the last ten years, she felt called to work with evolved coaches to sharpen her natural ¨superpowers¨ and ultimately help others. She sees vibrant health as being more than just lifting weights or pounding it out on a Peloton. It’s about being aligned on every level.
Compassionate about continuing to help people from the inside- out, she launched Primal INergy in 2022. Her brand is a holistic virtual space where people can improve their health by identifying and healing underlying emotional blockages that may be preventing them from reaching their full potential. With Primal INergy, one-on-one customized coaching and small group formats are offered. Endorphin-releasing workouts are complemented by transformative energy work in the form of distant reiki, guided meditations, and/or sound healing sessions. Primal INergy’s inclusive virtual offerings are for people over the age of 21 and designed to be available anywhere, anytime. All that’s required is an open mind, an internet connection, and a desire to lead a happier, more authentic life where stress, disease, and injuries are kept at bay.
